Software License and Service Agreement
For the use of AromaticSA software (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Software") and services, please be sure to carefully read, fully understand the contents of the terms, especially the exemption or limitation of liability provisions, as well as the opening or use of a separate agreement of a service, and choose to accept or not to accept. Restrictions and exclusions may be highlighted in bold.
Unless you have read and accept all terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to download, install or use the Software and related services. By downloading, installing, using and logging in, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
一、Scope of agreement

In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the above contents, this Agreement shall prevail.
二、About this service
2.1 Contents of this service

2.2 Form of service

2.3 Scope of license
2.3.1 AromaticSA grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use this software. You can download, install, use and log in this software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes
2.3.2 You can make a copy of this software for backup only. The backup copy must contain all copyright information contained in the original software.
2.3.3 All other rights not expressly authorized by this section and other provisions of this Agreement remain reserved by AromaticSA and you must obtain additional written permission from AromaticSA to exercise these rights. AromaticSA's failure to exercise any of the foregoing rights does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
三、AromaticSA account
To use this software you need to register an AromaticSA account.
四、Software acquisition
4.1 You can obtain this software directly from the website of AromaticSA or from a third party authorized by AromaticSA
4.2 If you obtain the software or the installation program with the same name as the software from a third party not authorized by AromaticSA, AromaticSA cannot guarantee the normal use of the software, and will not be responsible for any loss caused to you.
五、Installation and uninstallation of software
5.1 AromaticSA may have developed different software versions for different terminals, systems, etc. You should download and install the appropriate version according to the actual situation.
5.2 After downloading the installation program, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install it correctly.
5.3 In order to provide better quality and safe service, AromaticSA may recommend you to install other software during the installation of this software. You may choose to install or not install this software.

六、Software updates

八、User Code of Conduct
8.1 User precautions

8.1.3 You can choose not to provide some of your information to AromaticSA, or cancel the collection of certain information by AromaticSA according to product settings, but this may result in the failure of related service functions
8.1.4 You understand and agree that: AromaticSA will use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your data storage in the software and services, however, AromaticSA cannot provide a complete guarantee, including but not limited to the following situations:
（1）AromaticSA is not responsible for the deletion or failure of storage of your relevant data in the software and services;
（2）AromaticSA has the right to determine the maximum storage period of your data in the software and services and the maximum storage space of data in the server according to the actual situation. You can back up the relevant data in the software and services according to your own needs. If the parties have agreed otherwise, the agreement shall be followed accordingly;
（3）AromaticSA may permanently delete your data from the server if you stop using the software and services or the services are terminated or cancelled. AromaticSA has no obligation to return any data to you after your service is stopped, terminated or cancelled.
8.1.5 The operating activities in this software are all carried out by atomaticsa. Unless otherwise stated, the manufacturers of the prizes provided in the activities (such as Apple Inc., whose prizes are apple mobile phones, the same below) have not participated in the operating activities in this software, and the prizes involved in the activities are also purchased by atomaticsa. In case of disputes arising from operational activities, atomaticsa shall be liable within the scope prescribed by law, regardless of the prize manufacturer. Any dispute arising from the quality of the event Prizes shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
8.1.6 When you use this service, the content of this service may be different depending on the software version you use. You understand and agree that:
（1）When you use some versions of this software to open or access the pages of application distribution products or functions developed by AromaticSA, the application distribution products or functions better provide intelligent services such as application upgrade notifications on terminal devices. Necessary information such as the version, installation location, and size of the applications installed on your terminal may be used. The specific information is based on the AromaticSA version.
8.2 Five prohibitions
When using the Service, you shall not use the Service to engage in the following behaviors, including but not limited to：
（1）Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that violates the law, endangers national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality, and insults, slanders, and violence;
（2）Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes upon others' legal rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, and trade secrets
（3）Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Publishing, transmitting and disseminating advertising information and spam information;
(5) Engage in other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, and social morality.
8.3 User Prohibited Actions
Unless permitted by law or with the written permission of atomaticsa, you may not engage in the following acts:
(1) Delete the copyright information on this software and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineer, disassemble, and decompile the software, or attempt to discover the source code of the software in other ways;
(3) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reproducing, compiling, publishing, publishing, establishing mirror sites, etc. of the intellectual property rights of AromaticSA;
(4) Copy, modify, add or delete the software or the data released into the memory of any terminal during the running of the software, the interactive data between the client and the server during the running of the software, and the system data necessary for the running of the software , hook into operation or create any derivative works, including but not limited to the use of plug-ins, plug-ins or non-AromaticSA authorized third-party tools/services to access the software and related systems;
(5) By modifying or falsifying the instructions and data in the operation of the software, adding, deleting, changing the functions or operating effects of the software, or operating or disseminating the software and methods used for the above-mentioned purposes to the public, regardless of whether these acts are commercial purpose;
(6) Log in or use AromaticSA software and services, or create, publish, and disseminate the above tools through third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, and systems not developed and authorized by AromaticSA;
(7) Interfering with this software and its components, modules, data, etc. by itself, authorizing others or using third-party software;
(8) Other acts not expressly authorized by AromaticSA.
8.4 Take responsibility for your actions
You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content you come into contact with when using this service, and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including the risk arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the content. AromaticSA cannot and will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from the foregoing risks.
8.5 Default treatment
If AromaticSA discovers or receives reports from others that you have violated this agreement, AromaticSA has the right to delete or block the relevant content at any time without notice, and take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating your use of the corresponding AromaticSA account, suspending or terminating your Use part or all of this service, pursue legal responsibility and other measures.
8.6 Treatment of third party damage
If you violate the agreement and cause any damage to any third party, you shall be solely responsible; if AromaticSA suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate.
九、Products or services provided by third parties
When you use the products or services provided by third parties on the AromaticSA platform, in addition to complying with this agreement, you should also comply with the user agreement of the third party. AromaticSA and third parties are responsible for possible disputes within the scope of legal provisions and agreements.
When the user uses the software or requests AromaticSA to provide specific services, the software may call a third-party system or support the user's use or access through a third party, and the results of the use or access are provided by the third party (including but not limited to you through this Services and content provided by third parties to which the service jumps, services and content accessed by third parties through the AromaticSA open platform, etc.), AromaticSA cannot guarantee the security, accuracy, validity and other uncertainties of the services and content provided by third parties risk, you shall bear the relevant responsibilities.
十、Intellectual Property Rights Statement
10.1 AromaticSA is the intellectual property owner of this software. Copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights of this software, and all information content related to this software (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout framework, relevant data or Electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties. AromaticSA enjoys the above-mentioned relevant intellectual property rights in accordance with the law, except for the rights that the relevant rights holders should enjoy in accordance with the law.
10.2 Without the written consent of AromaticSA or the relevant right holder, you may not implement, utilize, transfer the above intellectual property rights on your own or permit any third party for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.
十一、Terminal safety responsibility
11.1 You understand and agree that the Software or service, like most Internet software and services, may be affected by a variety of factors (including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc.); It may also suffer from various security problems (including but not limited to the illegal use of user information by others and harassment in reality; Other software that users download and install or other websites they visit may contain viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs that threaten the security of your terminal information and data, thereby affecting the normal use of the software and the service. Therefore, you should strengthen information security and personal information protection awareness, pay attention to password protection, so as not to suffer losses.
11.2 You must not create, publish, use, or disseminate malicious programs that steal AromaticSA accounts and other people's personal information and property
11.3 Maintaining the security and normal use of the software is the joint responsibility of AromaticSA and you. AromaticSA will reasonably and prudently take necessary technical measures to protect the security of your terminal information and data in accordance with industry standards, but you acknowledge and agree that AromaticSA cannot provide any guarantee for this.
11.4 Under no circumstances should you be gullible with borrowing, asking for passwords or other network information involving property. If it involves property operations, please verify the identity of the other party first, and please always pay attention to AromaticSA's tips on preventing fraud and crimes.
十二、Third party software or technology
12.1 The software may use third-party software or technology (including the open source code and public domain code that the software may use, the same below), and such use has been legally authorized.
12.2 If the software uses the software or technology of a third party, atomaticsa will display the relevant agreements or other documents in the form of annexes to this agreement, packaging in the specific folder of this software installation package, etc. in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, which may be expressed in "software use license agreement", "License Agreement", "open source code license" or other forms. The foregoing relevant agreements or other documents in various forms are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement. You should comply with these requirements. If you fail to comply with these requirements, the third party or state organ may file a lawsuit, impose a fine or take other sanctions against you, and request assistance from atomaticsa. You should bear legal responsibility by yourself.
十三、Other
13.1 By using the software or the service, you shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. Atomaticsa has the right to modify the terms of this agreement if necessary. You can check the relevant terms of the agreement in the latest version of the software and the service. After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if you continue to use this software and this service, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the software.
13.2 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the people's Republic of China (excluding the conflict of laws).
13.3 If there is any dispute or controversy between you and atomaticsa, it should be settled through friendly negotiation first; If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed.
13.4 The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are only for convenience of reading, and have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.
13.5 No matter what reason, the terms of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
13.6 If this agreement has multiple language versions such as Chinese and English, and the corresponding contents are inconsistent, the contents of the Chinese version shall prevail. (End)
